Valerie Segrest (she/her) is an enrolled member of the Muckleshoot Tribe and a nationally recognized leader in Indigenous foodways and food sovereignty. Valerie is the founder and CEO of Old Growth Solutions and the Executive Director of Feed Seven Generations. Her work centers on revitalizing Coast Salish food traditions, curriculum development, and community-led food systems.
